Wow wow wow! I am beyond thrilled with my experience with Wayne Subaru Service. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, and they are really kind people. They fixed my issue quickly after my car was towed there (with no appointment). They also went out of their way to help me with a solution to my situation, and I could not be more grateful. Thank you Brian and team, you are amazing; I found out first hand that you truly care about your customers!

I had an outstanding experience with Wayne Subaru, thanks to Jerry and Brian. After struggling with issues on my 2022 BRZ at multiple dealerships, they were the ones who truly got my car sorted out. Their prompt response and attention to detail were second to none. They even went above and beyond by helping me with out-of-warranty items, working with Subaru to ensure repairs would be covered under Subaru and good-will repairs. Their dedication and professionalism left me extremely pleased. I can't recommend Jerry, Brian, and Wayne Subaru enough for their exceptional service!

I called Wayne Subaru Service to say I needed a new tire. I read the tire model numbers to the representative. She told me the tire was available. I made an appointment and received confirmation of the appointment date and time. I arrived at the appointment on time. An hour later, a service representative told me the car would be ready in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I was told that the tire was not available. This was 1 hour and 15 minutes after I arrived. I started loudly complaining. I later learned that the service department was annoyed that I loudly complained as there was a child in the waiting room. So, If you ever have a similar experience, please be sure to complain softly.

Exceptional service. Respectful, helpful and never screws you over.
Went in for oil change and to have lug nuts replaced. Bought the car used and I didn't have the key to take them off. They found an experienced mechanic who had the key off-site after being unable to get it off and gave me $10 off for having to wait. Fair price for oil change and for new lug nuts. Plus didn't charge to replace them for me.

Nice quick service

Great service! We are very pleased with the service we have gotten there the past few years. Jerry, Mike and Jackson are very friendly and always try to accommodate us. They also acknowledge my husbands military service, which is greatly appreciated. We love that they take videos of our vehicle as they service it, so we can see what is going on as well. They are very reliable and dependable . Five Star service!!! Ron & Debbie
