I have lived here for 2.5 years, between my girlfriend and I we have lived at Esprit, Amli & Neptune. It is by far the best value in the Marina for high end living. Several of the other places are wonderful facilities but what sets this place apart are two things. Space, community and staff.

Staff: Michelle and her predecessor Ryan built an amazing team. In fact the unsung hero's are the cleaning in maintenance staff! You have never seen a team work so hard. Juan, Luz, Hugo, Luis, Jeny, Alicia, Rolando, José work weekends and weekdays, starting at 5:30am.

Space: The place was built in the 70's BUT completely redone in 2019. That is a huge advantage to the brand new complexes because you get way more space! Huge park, huge dog park, huge tennis courts, massive patio and larger apartment value per square foot than anywhere in Marina.

I love living here and am friends with all my neighbors. I love this place!

My boat is docked at the Wayfarers Apartments and Marina. My experience has been great. Facilities are clean and wonderful staff. Ty (dockmaster) is extremely helpful and easy to work with for anyone considering docking their boat here. Highly recommend.

This marina is great! Great people, and the dock master Ty is awesome. Everything is kept really clean, including the restrooms/showers which are very convenient. The channel itself (north side) is nice and quite and very close to Mother's beach (south side).

We moved our boat to Wayfarer Marina in December, 2020 and couldn't be more pleased. The marina is new and clean and security and parking are wonderful. Above all, the Marina manager, Ty Hokinson, is fantastic! He is extremely accommodating and always available and ready to assist. He is a boater and knows boating inside and out, and understands the needs of boaters, both sail and power. We are extremely pleased that we chose Wayfarer Marina and would highly recommend.
