Buying furniture from Wayfair to furnished my apartment has been one the most horrible and distressing shopping experiences I have every had. Most of the items I bought came with some sort of damage. While the customer service seemed good at first, easy to refund or return damaged products, later they came after me accusing me of fraud and recharging me with the cost of the damaged furniture!!! I am telling you, it does not worth it, especially for heavy items that require assembly. I will never ever again buy anything from Wayfair again and recommend the same to you all.Report

Terrible customer service and malicious selling tactics. During ordering a countdown timer stated "order within 1.30 hours and get the item delivered within 2 days". So I ordered and now 8 days later the item finally arrives. Customer care had no ability for me to return the item for free, I have to pay for their criminal actions. I'm very disappointed and will never order with Wayfair again. Amazon at least delivers on promised time during ordering and allows free return when late.Report

Worst company. 3 out of 4 times ordered furniture it was rescheduled day of delivery. Today the console we ordered that was arrive today between 1-5pm December 13 was rescheduled this AM to 10 DAYS later. 10 Days!!! We cancelled an appointment to make sure we were there for delivery and these losers cancel morning of - there is no excuse. They need to add on another truck and have a back up driver. While the people you talk to on the phone are nice, their customer service sucks because they have a broken operations and distribution system. NEVER happens with Overstock or Amazon. BROKEN system. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Thanks for ruining our holiday party.Report
