Just had a tankless water heater installed. Chris and Aaron were professional and efficient. They took time to explain everything that they did and answered all my questions. They were thorough and friendly. Great experience all the way around. Thank you.

After having an initially bad experience, I finally got the owner involved and he made things right. The quality of the final work was top notch and I am very satisfied. All businesses that have employees take their greatest risks in hiring. I am glad this turned around the way it did.

We regret that Mr. Hoversten is dissatisfied and we truly attempt to make all of our customers happy. However, the extra work he requested was not included in the job we had already finished. He wanted us to come out at no charge and repair something else because he had already paid us for a different job. Because this is a business, we have to operate in a manner that generates income. We cannot do work for free if we want to remain profitable.

Over the years I have used Waters Plumbing & HVAC and have always been impressed with their professional, kind employees and the skilled services they provide. Thanks to Wayne, Justin, Anthony & Chris for the great service - you have made me a loyal customer!
