I took my truck here to get the radio hard reset and flashed, I told them that it kept showing needing an update, but it was up to date and uconnect had said that is what needed done. I also asked them to just see if a clip could be replaced on a wire and told them exactly where it was and that it only takes a minute to look at it. They said ok. Said it would be $149.00. I said fine.

The next day I get a call with them telling me they couldn't get the radio to update and I explained that it was a hard reset and flash that I knew it showed the update and that is what the problem was because it is up to date. Then tell me I need a new radio, wire harness, and pdc other wise known as the fuse box in the engine compartment.
I went the next day to get my truck when I got there the bill was around $298. 00, I asked what was going on, Jeremy the guy working said it was 144. Oo for the radio and a $149 to look at the end of the wire, i said that was crazy $149 for 1 minute said the answer was yes.
I was pissed paid got my keys went to the truck started it had no blower motor when it was working when dropped off and radio wasn't done, I walked right back in asked Jeremy to come outside and look at the problem, so he did come out , he said he did know what was going on. I pulled the pdc myself with Jeremy there in 3 minutes and found that the tech had taped off the end of the Wire and it wasn't plugged in, Jeremy said he had no idea why the tech did that, to bring it back Monday and they would fix it, I explained it 40 degrees and I need heat, so right in their parking lot, I had Jeremy get me a piece of electric tape. I took the tape off the wire fixed it , plugged it in and WOW heat. All in 5 minutes. I thrn looked at the radio and told Jeremy it wasn't done because when you do a hard reset it erases all your preprogrammed personal data but all my personal data was still there so it wasn't done. So I spent around $298 for the to pull a wire out of the fuse box breaking the clip, taping it off and not even plugging it back in, and not resetting or flashing my radio.
Then I'm told to bring it back on Monday and they would fix it are you crazy I and your own employee saw how you fix things.
Sad how businesses don't care anymore.

I'm sure they will make up an excuse and say something like it's a misunderstanding, but there was no misunderstanding, cause I have the notes they wrote on the tag if what to do.

Didn't expect to walk out with a car and did. Collin was amazing, helpful, and patient. I cant leave out Tristen & Robert P who stayed way past closing to ensure i left with the car along with Collin. I highly recommend buying your car from here.

I just traded my Nissan in on a 2018 jeep grand cherokee. The sales dept was great. I do recommend you have the vehicle checked out by your own mechanic before you buy anything. I got home w my new jeep and the next day had a noise in the rear. They checked it out and said nothing is wrong. I had to go out there and show there mechanic the noise. He then heard it. I got home after them saying it's fixed and it's still doing the same thing. I looked and they had just changed the fluid in the rear diff and didn't do anything to fix it. I'm not a mechanic and could tell something was wrong when u back up and there's a thumping noise.I've had it checked out by boggs and they agreed that there is something wrong with the rear-end but Chrysler is trying to not fix it and get me out of there until my warranty is up. After reading all the other bad reviews I am regretting going here. My car was paid off and they got me. Never trust a car dealership EVER!

Purchased my truck from this dealer in 2021. It was an overall good buying experience. The trouble comes when you want to use that expensive extended warranty they push so hard.

Took my truck in last summer for exhaust manifold leaks. The warranty indeed covers this. However, they wanted to charge me thousands for bolts that *may* break during the removal. They quoted me over $1800, ontop of what the warranty pays for.

Overall not a terrible dealership but I’ll definitely be trying out another dealer for my new truck .

If I could give negative stars I would! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! I would never recommend going to this place. We took our Jeep in in August of 2023 regarding different noises we were hearing. We even had videos of the noise. They did a diagnostic evaluation to tell us we needed new Rotors and break pads. We hesitantly had them fix the Rotors and break pads, even though we didn't think that was the issue. We then asked them what would happen if that was not the issue. They told us they would not charge us ANOTHER diagnostic fee. Low and behold, even after the new Rotors and pads we still had the same issue. Additionally, they charged us ANOTHER diagnostic fee, even though they said that they wouldn't, because according to them "it was a separate issue". It still does not make sense that this "separate issue" was not found with the first Diagnostic test. Now our Rotors are warped, less than a year later, and according to them they are not covered under any type or warranty since it "general wear and tear". They don't care about their customers and only want your money. We paid 1000$ for nothing!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will tell everyone to stay as far away as possible.
