While normally I dread going to a dealership to buy a car, I can honestly say that my experience this morning at Warren Henry Infiniti was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable and made the entire buying experience the easiest it could be. I will definitely be returning for my next car here.

If you decide to purchase a vehicle I would come here first Sebastian is the person you want to ask for Brandon and financing everything was clean timely well explained would definitely purchase a vehicle from here again

I truly had a great experience with the service department! From the moment i arrived, the staff was professional, friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain what had to be done, provided an accurate estimate and kept me updated throughout the process. My car was ready on time, clean, and running great. Big thanks to the whole team, definitely be back for my future service needs.

I did NOT receive service at this establishment and never have. I actually live in Texas. However, on 03/09 the service shop utilized my vehicles VIN which changed my odometer reading by setting it at 87,097 miles while MY vehicle is at 74,022 miles... and they messed with few other records I had kept in my car fax since purchasing the vehicle. I have to try and get the odometer reading adjusted to match my actual milage, to avoid the belief that I manually changed it on the vehicle. Luckily I have proof of milage form January 2025, and I track everytime I fuel up (in the carfax app)...so hopefully it does not turn into too big of a hassle. So far, CarFax has not gotten back to me other than saying they are still investigating.
