Very professional and on time.

I'm deeply disappointed with the response to repairing the leather door. This is a 2024 Qx60 Autograph that I have ony had 14months, that I purchased brand new. I was told that the repair is not under warranty. It is not punctured ,it's peeling. My Sister has a 2018 QX60 and her leather looks like new. I only purchased this truck because of the service and quality of the vehicle. I was thinking about upgrading to the 2025 QX80 ,however after this I am now rethinking the idea and even getting rid of my QX60 Autograph because it looks horrible. My friends and family were so amazed at the my new QX60 Autograph with the looks and performance, now their opinion has been tarnished due this unfair treatment.

Reinaldo Lauzurique provided excellent service, he explained the work the would be performed and made the entire process seamless.
