Customer service is and has been a thing of the past for a lot of businesses. I regret even calling this place. The manager didn't even have the guts to call me back. Brian could use some training on the phone, and Brian, you're right it's not your money. It's ok, though. I did have a warranty, and Albany Chrysler handled it, and they have great customer service.God bless and get some help brian. I hope you don't talk to everyone like you did me.Report

let me start by saying the salesman Brian is great and has great customer service. my issue is i purchased a 2016 Chevy traverse 123,000 miles purchased it October 2024 the day i drove it home i started having trouble with the car i let the sales man know and he talked to the sales manger and he pretty much said nothing can be done and they only fixed the "expensive stuff" fast-forward to the day i pick it up after a week of it being in their shop for motor mounts ... i am driving home and the check engine light comes on saying saying tighten gas cap which i did it still didn't fix the issue so i went to the part store to get a new gas cap ... few days later same problem few days after that a code for a temp control sensor popped so we put not 1 but 2 on and it keeps throwing the same code now to find out the thermostat is bad and the ECM is bad i also drove it to the mountains Christmas on the way home we broke down in Atlanta due to a hose broke and all of the coolant leaked out ( car never ran hot) now there is a ticking sound under the hood and when you try to pull out on a road/driveway when it gets to 2-3rd gear the trans feels like its stalling i have reached out to the dealership a few times do you think they have done anything about nope $10,000 spent and 3 months LATER i am now having to come out of pocket to fix the ECM and the front end because it shakes when getting to 55mph ..... I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH FIVE STAR AGAIN ....JUST OUT FOR YOUR MONEY AND DONT WANT TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.Report
The service department and Dodge vehicles is general are trash. My husband’s truck was purchased brand new with 200 miles on it.The reason to buy a brand new vehicle for most familes is to have something reliable. We have had it to this service department for multiple issues and every time they make an appointment to look at it, it takes days for them to actually do so. If you need a dependable car or service I don't recommend Five Star.Report
I am editing this review: We are going on day 3 with my husbands vehicle still sitting in service untouched. I spoke with them on 3 differint occasions yesterday and was told that the manager would reach out to me in 15 minutes and that never happened. I called back and just so happened a manager answered the phone and still had no resolution. I also responded to the general manager by email per her request in the review and have not heard from her either.

I took my 2020 Jeep compass to get service at Five star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at 2817 Watson Blvd. Warner Robins, Ga 31093 October 21, 2024. It took 3 1/2 months for me to get my truck back, which I was told They was waiting on warranty ok no problem. I pick up my Jeep January 3, 2025 after coming out of pocket for Parts and labor that warranty didn’t cover, The next day took my Jeep back to the shop because it’s was not running right. Second day my truck is back running hot so it’s like I’m back where I started from, and now it seems like the transmission is not changing over so that is a problem that was created by the Shop because I wasn’t having them problems.
