Nice staff and comfortable rooms with nice showers. Would stay again. Parking fee was meh though

Very nice hotel but I wish that the wifi can be improved with faster speed and better range.

This place has some incredibly bad design choices. For example, in the lobby of this massive hotel, there is exactly one bathroom! So, if that bathroom is being cleaned, there is no other option. In the room, there are no towel racks in the bathroom. Zero. So, I don't know where guests are expected to hang their towels when they come out of the shower, but there are no options on the wall or even the back of the door. They've got white signs on white walls, so you can't read them. The coffee maker in the room came with one cup of coffee. In a king room with two guests, we were offered one single cup of coffee. No water. The bellhop gave us a few tiny, tiny bottles of water which seemed designed to use the maximum amount of plastic to deliver the minimum possible amount of water. Additionally, parking will cost you $18 per day, which is not something that was mentioned on the website or in the booking process. All in all, not a place I would recommend.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is particularly friendly and the rooms are quite comfortable. It's also very centrally located to just about anything you'd like, great restaurants, Cinema, mall, etc.

My guest and I could not understand why the coffee shop was closed towards the evening. Such loss of business.

Concerning. NO ONE, except employees, were wearing masks in spite of the numerous and obvious postings. Very disappointing, considering one in my party's 8 months pregnant. Sign of weak management.

Stayed here for two nights and they still put me with the team you do not put your driver with the team because it makes so much noise and you don't put them by the ice machine or the elevator the driver need the rest
