Don't Hire Unless You like Wasting Money and Time I hired Jason to look at a persistent problem with the furnace. He charged me nearly $400 and said it would fix the issue – surprise, it didn’t! The heat stopped working within the week.

His team came back out and he told me I needed a whole new furnace. I had another company (Soley Heating & Air - highly recommend!) come out for a second opinion and within 10 minutes the tech had diagnosed me with a circuit board issue. He had it fixed within an hour and it hasn’t given us a problem since. I saved $3000 thanks to that company.

That technician also explained that the “fix” Jason did basically did absolutely nothing and that I was seriously overcharged on the part and the labor. I had to ask Jason for an invoice multiple times and it wasn’t itemized so I truly have no idea what I paid for…

I called Jason, explained all of this and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt–to which he didn’t budge or have anything to say. Bad business and a bad service, BE WARNED. I wish I had.
