Cynthia was so great! She was patient, kind, not pushy and quite helpful. Such a great experience for my first time.! I was able to get my glasses and my contacts ordered and so pleased. I will definitely be back again.

I'm so glad they now have a Warby Parker in Richmond. Hopefully they will put one in Hampton Roads too (Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, etc.) They have a good selection of glasses to choose from. They offer really good customer service!

Top. Notch. We came the first day of the soft opening and were the second order ever! Ordering was super simple and streamlined in store. Optician on site to help with measurements, etc. Got a shipping notice only 3 days later. Unfortunately, there was some kind of USPS confusion (not the company’s fault at all), and we showed up before the glasses had actually arrived for pickup. They went TOTALLY above and beyond to make things right. You never see service like this place offers. The managers, Sean and Chris, should teach classes in customer service. Total time between order at the store and pickup at the store — only 9 days. Awesome.
