Warby Parker Short Pump

I really enjoyed my experience at Warby Parker. The staff were so fun and friendly. The gal who helped me was also very patient as I took a long time to pick out a pair of glasses. She never made me feel pressured at all. It was a great experience.

Had an eye exam. The first two glass frames shown to me were exactly what I was looking for. Placed my order. Got both pairs of glasses within two weeks. Love them. Great service. Great product.

Lets say that we are going on week 7 without any glasses. First prescription was written for reading glasses and not computer (Optometrist admitted mistake) and had to be re-done. These then took over 2 more weeks to receive as they never expedited the service as promised. 2nd pair finally came and were 100% the wrong prescription. Again the optometrist's mistake as he wrote the wrong values on the prescription. So again had a new pair made and was told 4-5 days as they would 'Hot Rush' it. That was the 19th of November and it is now the 28th with no glasses. NEVER AGAIN.... not even an offer of discount or accommodation let alone for the fact that I had to drive back to their store 3 times for this........

Great staff very helpful and excellent customer service. 2 stars for shipping its been over 2 weeks and my prescription glasses has not arrived.
