I arrived early for my service appointment and they got me in right away. The whole experience was great!Report
Our salesperson, David Miller, did a great job. He was friendly, took the time to show us everything about vehicle. Very professional and respectful. Highly recommend.Report
Worst customer service ever! Their technicians and service advisors are not transparent about why they up-charge everything or what is going on with the vehicle. They sent over an estimate almost 3x as much as other local repair shops. I tried calling the assigned service advisor about it, but he wouldn’t return my calls for half the day until I finally deferred the services, then he suddenly was available to ask if that had been a mistake. When I expressed my frustration, they were very clear that there was nothing they could do, which just means they don’t care so long as they are making money. I recommend going to Automate Car Repair. They will treat you right and take excellent care of your vehicle.Report

Brought my car in to figure out why the engine fan was running higher than it should. Taylor M found the issue and told me it should be ready by end of next day or morning after that at the latest and will update me tomorrow on the status. It’s 4:30pm the next day, 24 hours after I left my car there and no update. I call and get told my service advisor and mechanic working on my car have gone home for the day and to call back the next morning. That answers my question of whether I get my car back that night or not. I call back in the morning and some tells me the part ordered came in damaged and they ordered and new one and it will be there later that day and my service advisor will contact me when they get in. It’s now 3:30pm and I get a text it won’t be ready for another day and my service advisor will touch base at 9:30am with another update. Fine. Now it’s another day and at 12pm I message my service advisor asking for update. No response for another 30 minutes and finally get told my car will be ready around 2pm. I do finally get the message my car is ready. I don’t mind delays if it’s COMMUNICATED, but being that I had to ask for every update and each update I was told I would get was ignored I’m giving it 3 stars. Plus my car smells fruity like someone was vaping in it. If you use a text system for updates it’s not that hard to shoot a quick text of “sorry it’s not going to be ready in the timeline I gave.” I shouldn’t need to reach out to find out it’ll take 2 extra days for what is a fairly simple fix. Definitely won’t be returning due to their lack of communication.Report
