Very disappointed. Bought a truck and purchased the additional warranty. I told them the radio was bad when I bought it. Was asked to wait 3 months and they would replace it. Well I waited the 3 months and they wanted to replace the radio with the older version and not the newer version radio that was in the vehicle when I purchased. I get a call 2 weeks ago about how I felt about it I explained and was told they would take care of me and I would be getting a call back, like I said 2 weeks ago still no call. This is my forth vehicle I have purchased from them and it will be my last. Was asked in the beginning not to have radio replaced cause it would make them look bad well with how I've been done they do look bad.

Our salesman Aaron was very kind and professional. He helped us get a great deal on a used 2011 Chrysler 200 and made the buying process super easy! Thank you so much aaron and wabash valley Chrysler. We will definitely give them our business again in the future.

Great experience with Blake as a salesperson. Had a little bit of a delay with the business office that was frustrating, but it was taken care of after about 2 1/2 months and all resolved. Would recommend buying from WVC.
