Great serviceReport
I had a great experience with everyone except the finance manager, Dan. My registration was printed with a digit being incorrect, somehow. When I called to get this resolved, Dan told me I was wrong and had us drive over an hour to the dealership to get a reprinted one that is correct. The digit that was wrong was a 3 that should have been an S. Instead of just saying he would get me a new registration he repeatedly told me I was incorrect. It is extremely insulting to be treated as stupid as Dan treated me.Report

I'm very pleased. Received a good price on a used vehicle. Was able to get the ball rolling, over the phone, paperwork-wise, so that it was ready for when I picked up the vehicle. Pickup day I was good to go in under fifteen minutes.Report
My wife and I purchased a 2025 Legacy at W&L in October. Our sales associate told us that the first 5 oil changes are complimentary. Well, today at my first service appt. (which is free) I was told that I miss heard the sales associate, and that there is no 5 free oil changes. I am 100% percent sure that is what our sales associate (He is no longer employed by W&L.) said to us, but the sales manager told me I miss heard the sales associate. We will not be buying another vehicle here or getting service here or recommending W&L.Report
Reply to owner: Did you read my post. The point is we were promised something that was not the case. If your sales associates are not getting this correct what else are they saying and promising that is false. And if you are not able to make this simple issue right then bigger issues will certainly not be rectified to customers' satisfaction. You lost a customer and my opinion to others will be to avoid W&L.
