Add ReviewI took in my Volvo xc60 with alignment issues( since I took it to Firestone tire and alignment shop and they did 2 alignments and my car was still pulling an jerking to the side ) and with symptoms of a bad rear air compressor. John suggested to me instead of just charging me for the alignment first to address the suspension code I had on the dash and afterwards if alignment is still needed to do it then. They changed the compressor and did the alignment. My car now drives like new, great work!!! And John thank you for your help. I couldn’t be happier with the service this Volvo location provides.Report
Edit: The service department is making this right. Other than this key FOB issue, the service has been good.Report
I bought a brand new key FOB, was charged $28 to replace the battery, then a few weeks later when it stopped working, the tech says the internal parts are damaged which cause the battery to drain faster and I need to buy a new FOB for $500. I haven't opened the FOB. The only way it could have been damaged was from the original tech that replaced the battery for $28.

I called and spoke with Joe, a service advisor. The advice he gave me after consulting with his manager made the issue on my car worse. When I called back to discuss, he never answered again. I was passed around and left messages with my information. Never even a return phone call. No other advisor would offer help, they kept sending me to his voicemail and he never returned a call after that. Awful service all around here, I would drive out of my way to avoid it.Report
Beware! This dealership systematically scams its customers. I brought my Volvo XC40 Recharge in for complementary scheduled maintenance. The service advisor ran a wheel alignment check, showing me a report that one zone was out of alignment (red), and suggested I pay ~$165 for an alignment. I agreed. Once the service was finished, the invoice included an additional ~$13 charge for an "environmental fee." I asked what that was for since I didn't get an oil change or anything, and I was told they charge that to all customers with no exceptions--regardless of whether any hazardous material was disposed of. This fee was not disclosed up front and I was forced to pay it. Next, I asked to see a copy of the post-alignment check report. I was told they were having trouble with their printer, but I insisted. When they finally produced it, the new report showed the alignment was actually worse (now three "red" zones instead of just one)! I said I wanted a refund since the service was not not completed satisfactory, and they refused. I have emailed and called the service department manager several times about this issue, but they have never called me back. It is clear to me, they are systematically scamming their customers with hidden fees and selling services they may have never even performed! Stay away!Report
Continual awful experience with this poorly run service department. The first time I had to bring my car in they forgot to we had it for over a week so they didn’t do any work on it. The next time they told me to wait 2 weeks in order to get a loaner and then didn’t have a loaner when I showed up. Do NOT get a car from here and expect them to be able to service it.Report
Great service and they were able to get my car in for service quickly. Price was kind of high for the service provided, but that's the price you pay for dealer work.Report
