I recently leased a 2024 VW Tiguan Wolfsburg edition from Shearer VW, and I couldn't be happier with both the car and the entire buying experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless, professional, and enjoyable.

I worked specifically with Tom Ryker in sales. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my needs and guiding me to the perfect Tiguan. He patiently answered all my questions, provided a thorough walk-through of the car's features, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. Nick in finance was also incredibly great to work with. Very friendly, quick, and respectful.

I called the dealership told them about my Bluetooth hands-free not working. Drove over and saw Ken Santor. He was nice walked out sat in my car tried to figure it out. He couldn't get the car to Bluetooth to his phone either. We set up a appointment. Came over got my car in . Had service men work on it. Before I left I tried to Bluetooth up and my car was back to not linking up. Ken and service worker both stumped. Took my car back in shop.
Finally found issue.
