Leased a 2022 Atlas here. We worked with Teresa in sales who was easy going and knowledgeable. The General Manager Pat introduced himself during the process and made sure there were no kinks in the deal.

Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

I had an amazing experience working with Nicole and Michael . They listened to my needs and even though they did not have the color I wanted in stock which was black they made it happen with in 24 hours . They contacted other dealers and found the car I wanted . They made the process super easy . Followed up with texts and calls promptly and did exactly what they promised.
They were very generous with what they gave me on my trade in . Overall extremely satisfied and would highly reccomend Nicole , Michael and VW of NPR to everyone.

Stephen was my advisor and he was amazing and helpful, if you ever bring your car in for service he is the guy you want helping you out, but I recently brought my car in for an ongoing 2 year issue that I've brought it in multiple times for. This time I brought it in and I was told my warranty has ran out, fine okay I really don't have any other choice anymore because the car has been a mess mechanically for so long I was tired of it, so I go ahead and agree to the diag fee and they come back and tell me it's an $1800 job, I do some more research and im like wait I still have my extended warranty i think. So I call and they realized I do still have a warranty on the car so I end up paying $100 for the whole job, but it's pretty ironic that it finally gets fixed after bringing it in multiple times for the same issue after they thought my warranty ran out. The other times I brought it in they kept it for a week or so each time and one time I got the car back with the horn broken, this was my first time getting Stephen as my adviser and I feel like he totally took control over the situation way more than the other times I've brought my car in and thanks to him my car is finally fixed and I got it back in 3 days vs a week with no solutions with other advisers.

Billy got me and my husband the best deal on a 2020 VW jetta r line. His customer service is outstanding and he truly makes you feel comfortable in the car buying experience! He is so great, I even referred my mom to buy a 2022 Taos from him!

The best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. All negotiations were done over the phone and all paper work was e-signed. I walked in and was handed the keys and registration. The ONLY way to buy a car!
