I had an amazing experience at this dealership, especially with Raychel. I was in a lease that was coming to an end, and car shopping during the pandemic could be a nightmare. Raychel was extremely welcoming, friendly, personal, and professional. She managed to find me exactly what I want and in my budget. I would 100% recommend VW of Freehold and Raychel to anyone.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Krishna N. and I could not have asked for a better salesman. Not only was he excellent with following up with me before I even got to the dealership. Once I got there I made it clear what I could afford and he along with the finance manager did all they could to ensure that my needs and wants were meet. I had no idea I would be leaving in a brand new car let alone a 2021! Huge shout out goes to Krishna it's been a rough month without a vehicle and when he said don't worry Ms. Hoskins you will be leaving here with a car, HE MEANT WHAT HE SAID!!
