I can’t say enough good things about the Service Department at Volkswagen of Fort Myers, especially Kim! My VW eGolf suddenly stopped recognizing my key fobs, and I was worried it would be a costly computer system repair. After speaking with Kim on the phone, she assured me they would look at it as soon as possible.

I brought my car in within 30 minutes of our call, and they even arranged for me to get a rental car at a discounted rate. To my surprise, just two hours later, Kim called to tell me it was simply a reprogramming issue due to a computer glitch! I was able to pick up my car the same day, and they even took care of returning the rental car for me.

Kim was incredibly kind, professional, and cheerful throughout the entire process. Her excellent communication and customer service truly made this a stress-free experience. Huge thanks to Kim and the entire team at Volkswagen of Fort Myers – you’ve earned a loyal customer! 🚗💙 Sincerely, Ms. Wolfe

Would not recommend. Purchased a used Chevy Trax from them in October of 2024.
I have been inconvenienced by this dealer as and multiple errors led to my still awaiting title!
I immediately reported a malfunction of my door lock. I was told it was a bad battery in the fob. The battery was replaced and the door worked (for a small amount of time).
The malfunction reoccurred.
I notified the dealer once again. They claimed there was nothing they could do but escalated my call to the Service Manager. The Service Manager was bery unresponsive and rude. At one pont he told me to go to a Chevy dealer and get them to give me an estimate for them to repair the door.
Stopped back to ask a question about the wiring in the door. I was taken to this same Sevice Manager and he was defensive and rude. It seems since I did not purchase a $2000 service agreement when I purchased the car he could not help me. (I had reported this problem within days of my purchase.)
He did offer to inspect the vehicle for $200 and he would then give me an estimate of how much it would cost to do the repair.
It is now the 1st of March. I still am driving with “dealer” plates!! The lock on the door is still faulty.
