Possibly the most poorly run dealership from a car service point of view. The people that greet you at the "garage door" are nice enough but don't have that higher level of service mentality. It's likely due to the fact that they are a small dealership that also service Volkswagen at that same garage door. For those of you not from this town and possibly from a bigger city, this will be a rude awakening. I took my car in for a check engine light that turned out to be very minor. It was very likely my gas cap was the culprit but the service department decided to order other components for my evap system to be replaced. Surprise! Problem not fixed. "The gas cap should have come with the original parts order but did not." I learn this on visit two. Now gas cap is in and an appointment is made for this 30 min repair for two weeks out because they have no loaner vehicles. The two weeks come and go and I get a message the day before my appointment informing me there are still no loaners available. I would wait in the dealership while they do the repair except, these service guys want to log at least two hours of time. So now I will drive into the Audi of Boise dealership for the third time (while someone follows me to give me a ride) to get my gas cap replaced. A job that will take 30 minutes, but will hold my car hostage for the entire day.
Man, I miss San Diego…and having options!

For buying my first brand new car, Lee made the experience very easy and non stressful. The process was very quick and they were very considerate of my schedule.
