They will never refund your security deposit Don't expect that you will ever see your security deposit again! Moved out 6 months ago and have contacted the office REPEATEDLY about the return of our deposit. There's an excuse every time and very little contact after they say "we'll get back to you". The latest excuse is that they
are having problems with their accountant.

There has never been a mention or discussion that we won't/shouldn't get our deposit - just delays and inaction.

Very happy with our place ! Thanks Rori and Sunday , and the maintenance man for all that you do. We appreciate you. Love our apartment and our neighbors are great too.

My husband and I moved to Vivo, 5 months ago. We love it here. Our apartment is clean, cute and the layout of our apartment is a good use of space and does not feel cramped for a studio. The apartments are very well insulated and I rarely ever hear my neighbors and our building is very quiet. The management team (Sunday and Rori) are very friendly, approachable and work very hard, for the tenants. Sunday and Rori always make themselves available, keep tenants updated with e-mails and have even started having fun monthly events, for their tenants. The apartment complex, is pet friendly and our kitty "Meep Meep," loves it here too. We have on-site security, when the office is closed and on weekends, locked building doors and I feel safe here. The groundskeeper (Chris) does an amazing job keeping all of the common areas, laundry rooms, fitness center and buildings and hallways clean. The maintenance team (Andres and Kalie) are amazing! Our heating unit stopped working properly, during a polar freeze, in January. They were at our apartment within a half hour of me putting in my work order and had our heating unit replaced, within the hour, same day. They are very efficient, cleaned up before leaving and were very friendly! I highly recommend Vivo Living Longmont, we love our home, here!

They helped me a lot... but theres people that smoke and throw their cigarette butts on ground and don't pickup their dog poop..there just some people that just don't care.... bad habits to break 🙂

We moved in on September 20-2024 . Property Manager Sunday Filipi and assistant manager Rori.N have been just great always asking if we need anything.Before we moved in,we looked up all the reviews and talked with some of the residents.We have seen nothing but a good honest staff, who work here.They respect us ,and we respect them.Our apartment is cute and clean.We have seen a lot of changes and improvements in all phases. The maintenance crew is awesome.We had and issue with our heating system . We reported it to the office . Maintenance was there within half an hour to inspect it .Had our heating system changed out within the hour . We were very impressed .Thank you Kalie,Andreas and Chris for all the Hard work .Thank you Management! , and thank all the good residents that have become our Friends🤗

Since the change in management, there has been such a positive difference, and made living here peaceful & feels like home. Thank you Sundi and all your staff for working so hard to make Vivo Living a better cleaner safer place for us all !! Your hard work has been noticed and very much appreciated

The staff here are so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. The property manager Sunday and assistant manager Ms. R have been exceptionally helpful during my move in and day-to-day business. Additionally, the maintenance team is hardworking, thorough, and thoughtful as well. This place has a unique charm, come see for yourself.

The new manager, Sunday is an amazing person. Very sweet, kind, and helpful. Any issues i’ve had she has resolved them right away. She has been cleaning this place up and it’s very much appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone. Sunday and the staff are amazing.

Sunday and her team have been very accommodating. This is new management and they have been and have assured me that they will continue to make positive changes.
