We used VioClean to remove mold and perform demolition in a building that suffered water damage. VioClean was extraordinarily responsive, professional, and thorough in performing their services. They also helped find and coordinate with a contractor to help us rebuild. I strongly recommend them.

VioClean employees stole things from my house and Trung never pick up my call and block my calls very irresponsible. The quality of the work was terrible and since my parents do not speak English they did what they wanted and only spoke with the insurance company,The quality of the work was terrible and since my parents do not speak English they did what they wanted and they only spoke to the insurance and lied everything in their own way they never cared if the client were satisfied with the work and lies all in their own way they never cared if the client were satisfied with the job they have done

It's a shame that the job was over a year ago and you are now writing this! You tried telling the insurance company the same thing the only problem with your allegation was we had all pictures and videos from before and after and you signed off on the certificate of satisfaction and completion!! If you would like I would gladly put up all the emails and conversations that exists. Also you tried showing the insurance company a light fixtures that had water damage but the only problem with that was the light fixture didn't even belong in the home and the adjuster also knew they were false allegations as they had their own pictures of all fixtures before the job was even started. I hope you find some good in your life and find yourself and honest path!!
I have used Vioclean twice this year for mold testing on 2 separate properties. I was very pleased with there responsiveness and professionalism on both occasions. I called them on a recommendation from my daughter. Vioclean provides what customer service should be.

Trung came on time and as promised for flood from upper level bathroom to lower levels. He worked hard, identified the issues, worked smart, and my basement ceiling is open and hopefully drying out!
