Village at Olive Marketplace

Absolutely beautiful unit I am living in. The office staff Emily, Celest, and Ian have been nothing but courteous and resourceful. My little family is so happy and comfortable here. The smart home living is mind blowing. 5 star rating, fasure! Honey, i'm HOME!

Since I first became interested living here Emily and her staff have been great! I was more than pleased with my apartment when I moved in and enjoy living here so much. Appliances are new and beautiful, with great space. Definitely recommend

This place has been a great experience so far. The neighbors are friendly. Management is amazing. Maintenance gets things fixed as soon as they are aware of any issues.

So far so good Village at Olive Marketplace is the best place one can live at. I am so impressed about everything..from the leasing agents to the set up of everything..its truly a smart home..I feel so at home here and my husband loves this place like crazy. It's close to everything and everywhere we want to go.

I've been staying here almost 2 months now, the place is amazing, very clean and quiet despite the ongoing construction. Can't wait for all amenities to be available but other than that amazing place to live. Loving management and neighbors.

Let me first start by saying a big thank you to finally having & living at a community with amazing staff at the front office. Maintenance and property staff are always happy and go above and beyond to get the job done. A huge Thank you! I have zero complaints. I want to give a big "WOW" to Emily, the community manager . She has made my move-in really smooth and answered all my community questions. I look forward to staying here for a while.

Love this place!!! Brand new build, friendly staff, and quick to address any issues. The staff, including Emily the manager are amazing! When I moved in, I had a little hiccup, the washing machine drainage hose was cracked when the installers pushed it back. Called the after hours number, and maintenance was here within the hour. I didn't have enough towels unpacked to completely clean up all the water, so Pedro rushed over with a mop and bucket to help out! They kept me updated on the part arriving, and even suggested I do laundry in the model so I wouldn't be too inconvenienced.

The units are nice and homey. Each unit has a backyard and a doggy door! Inside the unit, you'd never know that they are still building across the way. Very well built, great value, smart home living.

Gorgeous Little homes with small backyard. Perfect for a small family. Super friendly and helpful staff. Quick to answer and resolve any promblems that may come up. Can't even notice there is construction happening still. Absolutely loving my stay here
