Variations of Viking Property Management have been in business since 1995. Toni purchased Viking Property Management on July 1, 2004. We started with 104 units and have grown to over 175. DeLora joined our office in November of 2009. Bill had been doing property maintenance for his own business for over 20 years until the purchase of Viking Property Management LLC. We are a family run business, you will quite often find our 2 daughters helping out along with our 2 grandsons helping where they can.

Viking Property Management LLC manages over 175 units in the Prineville, Powell Butte and Bend area. We have an assortment of apartments, duplexes, townhouses and single family homes.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 1pm, after hours by appointment. We stagger our lunches so someone is in the office at all times to better serve our customers that may only have lunch time to do their errands.

We are at the corner of 2nd and Meadow Lakes Dr. One block south of 3rd Street. Take street to Meadow Lakes Golf Course and Crook County Library.
