I went BACK for my 1st oil change on my New 2021Telluride ON October 13th 2021. I had to leave it and go back to work. When I went to pick it up I had a $90 bill waiting!? I said for what we get our 1st Oil Change FREE when we buy a BRAND NEW CAR!? I got a bit of a run around on My warranty and should have paid for it through there...IDK but I told Kia I never had this PROBLEM on a new car buy! Even the Lady Manager on sight at the time did nothing for me. I guy stepped up and Approved my free oil change for this trip and the Lady Manager got after him IMMEDIATELY! I WONT BE GOING BACK TO GET MY OIL CHANGE AT KIA AGAIN..Report
