Cant get a call back to purchase tires. Several times tried to call and the phone just rings, no message. Left 2 messages no call back. Guess they dont care about the business.

They stand fair and firm. Santi was great!

Bought a vehicle. It has some kind of leak when I test drove it. I pointed it out and they took it back and looked it over and cleaned the fluid off. They told me a technician spilled oil while doing the fluid changes. Took the vehicle home and 2 weeks later is leaking in my garage still.

These guys are full of crap and willing to lie to your face. I bought this vehicle because it was in the price range I needed and now I'm going to have to add onto the total price for their lying bullshit.

If you looking to purchase a vehicle this is definitely the place to come! Great team of professionals who will work expeditiously to get you what you want! I'm very happy with my experience at Subaru of Spartanburg. I love the car I ended up with and it was a fast and easy process. Roy provided great customer service and I'll happily work with him again in the future.

Very disappointed with the closing of the sale. After the paperwork was complete, I was informed that there was only one set of keys. Told me they would make it right and provide the second set, but have not done so. Obviously, a second set of keys would be nice when you have a teenage driver.

Luke in service was very helpful and respectful he answer all my questions and And everything I needed got done

Reasonable, respectful and responsive. Up front with all of the information and no high pressure sales tactics. What more could you ask for? Great experience with a new car sale from beginning to end.

The only reason I’m leaving this review is because of the service manager Alec. He was very helpful, professional, and resolved our issue and kept our business. He is an asset to Subaru and they are extremely luck to have him.

All staff was attentive, friendly, and professional.
