Veranda Senior Living at Paramount

I've had such an enjoyable experience with all of the staff members at Veranda. I witness daily the highest quality care and support for all of the residents. I am so happy to be a part of such a positive environment.
This is a challenging time to work in health care, but it's comforting to know that the staff here are committed to keeping things running as smoothly as possible.

The incompetence of Jesse Hinkle is astounding, no compassion whatsoever, it's a shame they hire staff that lacks basic skills needed for this kind of job. Compassion, care, and competence.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. It does sound like you have some concerns that would be more appropriately voiced with our HR department versus a public forum. We understand separation of employment can be difficult and hope you understand the importance of us having policies and procedures in place to protect both residents and staff equally. My dad is having a great time recuperating from a broken ankle. The staff and all of his neighbors/new friends are wonderful?? Very accommodating.

I tried to connect over the phone to a resident. Main desk in the area rang over and over; called 3 times before someone picked up, then I was put on hold and they never got back. Understaffed?

This place super nice and clean! The staff is wonderful and super helpful alongside with being knowledgeable about medical conditions. They offer way more of a variety of outdoor experiences and traveling then most places and family is always welcome to come visit!

What a great place! Such a clean and pretty atmosphere. It is truly a resort!

Okay first of all this building is amazing!!!! It is so clean and is so gorgeous!
Secondly the PEOPLE here are OUTSTANDING!!! I wish I could give this location 10 stars instead of 5 because it is that great! I've seen several Independent living facilities all over the Treasure Valley and they just don't compare to level of professionalism that Veranda provides and lives by! Seriously if you are looking for a place to retire, live, or get your folks into this is hands down the best place to go! You wont be disappointed.

We 've enjoyed a successful first vendor event at Paramount yesterday and will participate again. Hope to build upon our client base as time goes on.
