Attorney Linda Vanden Heuvel was very knowledgeable and understood our needs in my family's custody case. She was well respected by the court staff and Judges. My attorney Dan Skarie was worth every penny. Every thing he told me he was going to do for me when he was explaining his strategy to help me with my case was accomplished. I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. He was responsive to any question I had and made sure I understood everything. He got it all done for me even with the pandemic going on.

If you need an attorney for your 1st DUI I'd ask for Dan Skarie.

This gentleman just called me on the phone a few moments ago and wanted me to represent him in a custody/placement trial within the next couple of days. I told him I could not do that because there was insufficient time to well-represent him and he hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. If I talked to him again, I would tell him exactly the same thing. A good attorney needs the opportunity to prepare the case. You have to learn about the case. You have to talk to witnesses. You have to review the file. You have to talk to the Guardian ad Litem and much more. It's not something that can be done in a matter of hours or a few days. In preparing for a trial, I often work night and day so that my client is well-represented and gets his/her "day in court." It's not something that can be done on a whim and a prayer because a potential client calls you a few days before trial. Judges generally do not cancel or adjourn court dates because the client waited until the last minute to obtain an attorney.

I'm grateful I was referred to Linda and her team. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in such a difficult time in my life.

I reached out to a few attorneys in the area and decided Linda was the best one for me. I would recommend her to any of my friends.

Linda is very knowledgeable and I strongly recommend her for Personal Injury and Family law needs.
