Why does it take 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment.

Brought my Supra in for an oil change and a recall .I asked them if they had filter they said yes.The end of the day they messaged me saying they don't have any filter and they can't get the computer to work for the recall.Then the lady said I can drive the car like that and I told her no it need oil there is two indications on the car one when oil is starting to get low and two when your car really in need of oil or severe issues can happen to the car,she said no I can drive 500 more miles which is ridiculous ??

Excellent service express service team. Moises & Eric. Because he help to my dad car bring it sooner.
He missed 1st appointment. He is in the Hospital more than months.
I am working Honda dealership 26 years until now.
And they show me the great example to help customers when who need extra assistance.

They are very fond of the bait and switch. On 2 separate occasions we were lied to saying the specific vehicle we were looking for (2022 Highlander Hybrid AND ONLY THE HYBRID VERSION) was on the lot and ready for us to come take a look/test drive. Not once, but twice, as soon as we arrived we were told "the vehicle just sold 15 minutes ago, let me show you something else."

A couple months later, had a reservation on a 2021 Rav4 Prime, showed up and took the test drive. Came time to talk numbers regarding my trade in. I used the 'Value your trade-in' feature on their website and so I had a ballpark Kelley Blue Book estimate for my vehicle. Put in the VIN number and ODO mileage to get the estimate. They took a look at my car, saying it was in good condition considering the mileage, then tried to offer me $4,000 less than the lowest amount KBB offered... When speaking to the sales manager that night, Mike, he said that the KBB value is just a rough estimate and that's it's just an algorithm and couldn't take into account how hard it is to sell a vehicle with high mileage (96k). When asked how he gets the values for his used vehicles his EXACT RESPONSE WAS "MY GUT."

If you want a good laugh and a lot of frustration, shop with these clowns...

Their service department is another nightmare entirely, but I won't get into that.... Wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

We bought a 2022 Camry there. The sales guy was nice enough. The whole process was easy until we met with the finance guy, Mr. Rodriguez. He seemed to be in a big hurry. Another employee brought lunch in for him. He briefly said something about a KARR security system that was installed in the car and when he was wrapping it all up, he came to the extended warranty which I told him we didn't want, and then he bullied my husband into taking the cheapest one. Turns out the KARR security system isn't installed in the car at all. It is an add-on that we could choose not to get. However, we were never given that choice. My husband does not want the system installed in his car. We went to the dealership to talk to Mr. Rodriguez, who was not helpful at all. He said he'd, "Make some calls," and call us back. He was not nice about it, and I was not nice back to him. Bottom line: if my husband doesn't get a refund for that security system, I won't be surprised. I think Mr. Rodriguez just wanted to hustle us out of his office just like the first time we were there. BEWARE of the sneaky underhanded way Valley Hi adds extras onto your contract to raise the price of your car. They are disreputable and I would never buy another car there and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting nasty sales people here. Verbally assaulted a disabled man and wanted to fight him! Petulant children who eat chicken nuggs? Grow up. Sheep show is the man who they mobbed and Verbally assaulted. See on YouTube, Sheep show, title Victorville. More auditors need to visit.

Horrible customer service sold me a car with bad Bluetooth told me I could take it any where and it would be covered under my warranties free of charge since they couldn't do it there even after claiming it was a simple fast process , now that I'm trying to get it fixed I'm being charged and they don't answer their phones just automated messages advertising and not actually providing customer service . Just a horrible place really make sure you ask all your questions when you're there or in person because over the phone you will not get any help.

Did you get a hold of someone?

This is the second time I've brought my Tundra in for basically an oil change and a couple of checks, rotate the tires, etc. Last time they told me 1.5 hours, it took 3 ?. The profusely apologized. This time they promised me a maximum of two hours. We are at 2.15 and no sign it is completed. If it's going to take you 3 hours to do basic service at least be accurate. ?
