Two stars and lucky to get that. 8500 miles on my 2023 Sportage and my rotors and brakes keep over heating (two times now). Telling me I am hard on my brakes. I had a 2020 Sportage with 40,000 miles and still had the same brakes and rotors as when I purchased new. No explanation given but just band aid a problem that could potentially be very serious.Report

Service advisor (Reeco) was very friendly. I did not have an appointment, but my vehicle was taken in right away. I don’t like that no rental car was made available for service to a brand new car with an issue that was obviously a manufacturer defect. I was there for an overheating issue on a brand new 2022 Kia Telluride. The service advisor also made me aware of a recall issue that needed to be “fixed”. Ultimately, the overheating issue was fixed, but the part(s) needed to complete the recall issue was not available and I was supposed to get a call once the parts were available. To this day I have not received a call, so the recall work still needs to be done. I had routine maintenance as well as the overheating issue completed. The service light was not reset and comes on every time I start the vehicle. So frustrating on a brand new car.Report
