avoid if you value your car. you would think it would be difficult to earn the title of scummiest company in the san Fernando valley, but these people do it with ease! I could not recommend this place any less, they are an abhorrent excuse for a company. and it sounds like they don't have insurance. can't imagine that screams "legit company". do yourself a favor and skip over this one at all costs.

if you need any proof of america's declining status of integrity, look no further than this company. abhorrent serivce run by criminals. if it comes down to storing your car here or lighting it on fire, go buy a match!

an absolute nightmare to work with. I have no clue how they remain open, it is the blind leading the blind there. someone should put this company on watch to the better business bureau, they are amoral. a MISERABLE experience.

Zero stars, this company is a dumpster fire run by incompetent staff who have one job and do it extremely poorly. Absolute retards.

Gerald and Judy at VAS are fantastic to work with. They've been very helpful with the storage of my exotic Japanese baby there. The facility is big, well organized, and clean. Lots of high-value cars there, it's obvious their clients trust them with their prized posessions. For an extra $10/month, they can put your car on a battery tender and keep the battery topped off.
Out of everything, only ONE, (for me, rather significant) minus: Payment methods. They are not set up with a merchant account to pay directly by CC. The VAS website should be updated (not hard to do) with a client portal where you can login to your account and pay online by VISA/MC. For those of use like me, who do not use PayPal, payment can only be made by cash or check. Finally, they need to aslo set up CRYPTO payments! It's 2019, accept BTC/LTC for payments already!

That minus aside, I am overall very satisfied with my experience storing my car at VAS.

By far the best place you can store your car. I am a current USC grad and have been storing my car with valley auto storage for about 2 years now and the service has been incredible. They genuinely take great care of your car and have gone above and beyond with their service. Wouldn’t want to store my car anywhere else.

Nothing but great experiences with valley auto storage . Property looks highly secured and “low key” / private wich is always good ! I purchased a wrecked mustang from one of their customers and he seemed very happy to have had it stored there for years before I made the purchase . I also purchased a wrecked dataun z that was abandoned by the owner . i will soon be contacting them for storage on my saleen mustangs

Gerry and Linda are excellent to deal with and took very good care of my 1988 M6 while it was being stored pending a transfer to its new owner. A lot of wonderful cars are stored safely here for a very reasonable price, all things considered.

They appear to have a dispute with someone who left a car outside of their facility but I find it very hard to believe it was due to their negligence as they are honest and thorough.
