If you are an older adult—or caring for one—do not bring your elderly parent's vehicle to this dealership. What happened to my father is not just unacceptable; it is deeply unethical.

My father entrusted this location with his pristine vehicle, which had just 70,000 miles and a full, well-documented maintenance history (all accessible to Vaden). He brought it in for routine service: new tires, an oil change, and a simple antenna repair. When he picked it up, the car sounded like a diesel engine—something was clearly wrong.

What followed was two weeks of blocked calls, evasion, and silence. When we finally received a response, we were told the issue was a failed timing belt. Their solution? Pay $15,000 for a new engine or $8,000 to replace the damaged parts. Both estimates were shocking and suspicious.

The car was then towed—heartbreakingly—to another dealership within the same Vaden network, where it was declared a total loss. No accountability, no explanation, no apology. Since then, radio silence. We are now pursuing legal action.

This is not just bad service. It’s exploitation. It’s predatory. And it’s disgraceful.

If you value integrity, transparency, or your loved one’s well-being—take your business elsewhere. This dealership should be avoided at all costs.
