I twice asked for a quote and never heard back. Luckily I went with a different company who doesn't pay to advertise fear in return for leads.

My experience with Utah Radon Services has been absolutely amazing. I don't know if radon mitigation is a crowded space in Utah, but I would high recommend them. All the way through the quote/education, planning, installation and billing they have been very professional and friendly. Plus in the 24 hours since my systems were installed I am already seeing a dramatic drop in our radon levels. For those going through the process I was a bit apprehensive about having external systems due to the aesthetics of the home but there was not a great place to install them inside and the really worked with us to find good placement on the outside of our home and they look fine. Thanks again for everything! I would like to thank Jack, Nick, TJ, Johnny, Guru and the nice person who answers the phone and probably runs the office whose name I cannot remember:)

Jaren and his team from Utah Radon Services were awesome. They were extremely professional, very neat and orderly with their equipment and cleanup, and the installation is nothing short of stellar in appearance and performance. Thanks for the highest quality of work!

Jaren and Jeff were friendly prompt, efficient, and professional. They took measures to protect my flooring and did a great clean up when they were finished. Jaren took time to show me the system and what to watch for to ensure it is working properly. I highly recommend Jaren, Jeff and Utah Radon Services.

I have mixed feelings about Utah Radon Services. We chose them because they did the initial house test and came back low and did not push their system on us. As we moved into winter again, we decided to go for it to protect our son who lives in a basement room and we were hitting 4s and 5s on our permanent radon monitors.

We did ask if they would price match, and they did agree, but they demanded a check for the discount. Ok, sounds good. So we set up to have the install done.

The installation was great. They put it exactly where we were hoping for it to go to minimize the look and the space it would take. The installers did a great job, all was well. We were to send in the check. Cool.

So we sent a check directly from the bank. We don’t actually keep checks, so got their address, punched it into our credit union, and off we go. Unfortunately a glitch happened, and we had to resend it. Their address was seen by the bank as a P.O. Box, so I couldn’t rush the delivery, but they gave us a date, and off it went. I pinged them to see if they got it, but they said no. A person called TJ got involved and started demanding I had to do some stuff immediately to get things done. It was unnecessarily aggressive and frankly rude. No asking me, but rather a “you will do this” or “you will do that”. Then attitude about how it seemed to be an issue getting them the check. Mind you, it is two weeks passed. I kept them in the loop. Showed them the notifications from the bank that it was sent and it was already out of my account. But they still felt it needed to make vague threats like “it needs to be here Friday”. I am not sure what that was supposed to mean. Was he going to come to my house and do something or what? Sue us? Call me names? I finally called them out saying the agressive approach was unneeded and I would call the bank, etc. etc….. Come to find out, it was accidently delivered to their neighboring business or something. No apology from TJ or anything for trying to make it like I was the problem. Just “we found it” and “here is the receipt’.

So the install went well, the installers were great, but their front desk / customer support / billing group needs some work. Hope TJ gets a little customer service training. He needs it.

Jaron, Jacob, and David installed two radon exhaust systems at my house. The took their time to find the best locations. Their work was top notch! I was worried about the aesthetics of the system both inside and out. If you were not aware, you would not even know I have two systems as they blended them into the landscaping etc. The radon levels in my house were pretty high so I was anxious about the work getting done right. I've since purchased an electronic radon monitor and am pleased to report that their system is working as advertised! Highly recommend Utah Radon Services, especially this crew!

Jaren and Cole did an excellent and clean job installing an interior Radon Reduction system in our home. I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency; and they cleaned up well after the work was completed--thank you! The company was easy to work with, and the radon levels went down by half according to my testing equipment (on both the 1 day and 7 day measurements). Will be doing a longer term test as well. Good work (especially to Jaren and Cole) and highly recommended.

Utah Radon Serivces just installed a system in our personal home. They were fairly priced, extremely professional, and the installation looks great. Due to the uniqueness of our home, it took some planning and extra effort to complete the system. The final product turned out great. Specifically, Jaren and Jeff were awesome to work with when they came to our home. Would highly recommend Utah Radon Services to anyone looking for this type of service/product.

Jaren and Dave are excellent installers. They talked through the plan, answered all my questions and were thorough. We live in a very old farmhouse that has it’s quirks and they did a fantastic job planning and working with any suprises. I was blown away with their high quality professionalism. I called this company as I saw their truck in our town and they had no issues coming out to Kamas. I spoke with Nick who was honest, straight forward and not trying to sell me on a system that required me to dig out a basement (we have a very small/tight crawl space under the majority of the house). We discussed starting with something basic to see how it would do and then they talked me through additional options if we ever need to go a different route. I am so glad I fell for their advertising on their truck in Kamas-it was 100% worth it!
