Biggest Regret of my life is buying my new Tuscon from Murdock. The worst experience I have ever had, and its still on going.. they have me convinced that they don't care about their customers or the cars they sold to them. Still waiting on a return phone call that I requested over 3 weeks ago. They have lied to me, damaged my car, tried to make me pay for damages I didn't do.. finally a manager helped me and now he has done nothing but waste my time.. and there are still damages on my car they haven't taken care of. It's a TERRIBLE DECISION TO BUY YOUR CAR FEOM HERE.

Got my Santa Fe here in 2022 since then I’ve had 2 babies and I get all my service done here! The staff is amazing and they have the most thoughtful amazing mothers room! I only want Hyundais from now on, I still love my car to this day!

Bought a Honda Pilot just shy of a year ago from Murdock Hyundai - still under warranty. Three weeks ago the transmission failed. A week later, insurance was finally approved. They promised the car by the beginning of the following week, Then it was by the end of the next week. On Saturday I went in to gather some items from my car and saw the car still sits in the lot, transmission still in it, work not started even though they say it has been. Begged for a loaner car. Never any, but told us they reimburse for a rental. I maxed out my credit card since I had to pay out of pocket and had to return it. Reimbursed? Told me to call a 1 800 number - another hassle. Every time we call there's a different service advisor - they say talk to Brock or Joey. Brock isn’t ever there and his partner Joey always says he doesn’t know anything and I have to wait to talk to Brock. Just this circle of annoyed faces acting like it's a huge inconvenience we're even standing there. Blaming the warranty company - the one THEY sold us on. The one THEY guaranteed. But when it comes time to deal with the mess, it’s an inconvenience. People depend on their cars. People count on warranties. And the people who sell you both? They just want you to disappear. Stay away
