I googled the car I wanted and then sent an email to Murdock and got a response shortly after. Braden was amazing! He sent me a video of the car and was very knowledgeable about all the features! I was able to meet the same day and purchase the car that evening! I also loved how upfront they were about the price and Carfax! 10/10 recommend!

These people are impossible to get ahold of and they'll never call me back no matter how many times I've asked. It's been four months of me calling consistently for Tyler Thorn and I can't reach him.

Hi Emma. It looks like this review is related to another posted by Google account name "Warrior 101" regarding a GAP cancellation. I reached out to Tyler. He can handle the cancellation right away. It is not at all in his nature to avoid a customer or to not respond quickly. For whatever reason, he hasn't been receiving any of the communication attempts you've made. Most of the people are very nice and great to work with I love the customer service, the sales rep and the techs. My car is great with just a couple issues with the windows but since its all covered under warranty its no worry. My issue has always been with the Financial team. Its been months now and I've consistently tried to contact someone about my gap insurance and my payments for my car but there coincidently never available every time I call and they never bother to call me back no matter how many voicemails or times I ask the front desk.

Hi Jacob. We are sorry that your experience with our dealership has left you feeling this way. Much of what you mention here omits efforts and rationale of our team members on your behalf. We'll respond as best we can to each point. #1 We did send your credit application to a few financial institutions to find the best finance terms available. While they may have each pulled your credit, the credit bureaus recognize that multiple pulls for a single type of loan (installment, auto) within a short period represent research for a single loan, and they are treated accordingly. So your credit was not adversely affected any more by multiple pulls than it would have been by a single one. I'd be happy to email you links to information about this in particular and other factors affecting credit scores. #2 When you mentioned the wireless charging issue to your salesperson, he had you bring your car in to our service department and you indicated to him that it was working. If there is any further trouble due to manufacturer defect, we will gladly cover it under warranty. Please note that, as with all wireless chargers, it is sensitive to proper placement of your device. Also, it requires a lot of energy so the car has to be in drive and moving in order for it to charge. #3 By the time you agreed to purchase the car it was close to 10:00 pm and we didn't have firm conditions from the lender. So we put a range of rates on the contract and contracted at the rate we thought you would qualify for. Unfortunately the approval was for a different rate but was within the range. This was explained to you at time of purchase. It is legal and not uncommon under certain circumstances for any dealer to have to make such adjustments to a contract within a legally prescribed time frame. #4 We are sorry to hear that you are getting spam calls. We can assure you that we do not sell your information, nor do we share it except with necessary parties such as the state of Utah for title and registration and with the financial institution for loan origination. As for the down payment, you first claimed that you paid us on a debit card but didn't have a receipt and would not show us your bank statement for verification. Our finance manager does not recall taking that payment by credit or debit card and did not receive any cash from you at time of purchase. We maintain that we were never in receipt of down payment in any amount until you came in a few weeks after purchase to pay the $3,000 owed. Again, we are sorry that you feel this way about what should be a fun and exciting transaction for a new car. We hope that you will enjoy your new car and we stand ready and willing to assist you with any future automotive need. Best regards, Murdock Hyundai Lindon.

Apparently, there's only one guy that can help me cancel my gap insurance and he's Never in the office, He Never answers his phone it always gets sent to voice mail and he NEVER calls back. It's been a couple of months now. His name is Tyler Thorn.

Konner was so AWESOME, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL!!! We went in yesterday to order our 2022 Tucson Hybrid SEL. He knew his stuff was very kind and patient helping us through the whole process!!!

Konner is your guy! Konner was able to answer all my questions and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. Konner having a Hyundai himself was able to provide what you can say, 'inside information' which helped me greatly in making a decision for myself about the SUV's that I looked at. Konnor was able to put me at ease as he walked through, and taught me about the different benefits to each car and to what would best suite my needs. Thanks Konnor Karr!!
