I've been here 4 hrs, I wouldn't recommend coming to Bedford. You'd die before receiving care

I had to go here for a drug test becoming a upmc employee. The staff is very helpful and friendly, great hospital, and very festive for the holidays.

The most ignorant nurses plus the nurse technician in the EMERGENCY ROOM.? Why do you got to be ignorant to patients? If you're ignorant like that then most definitely you do not deserve this job. They keep hiding their name tag however one nurse name is Nicole technician name is Amanda. Plus they do not ask if you need anything like a blanket. I know that the nurses do a lot however you should go around an check to see if the patients need anything. I still need a blanket.?

I had an ER visit after having covid for 2 weeks. I went with a fever and trouble breathing. It was very busy in there and I waited quite a while in the waiting room. But after I was called back I saw the Dr right away. I had a very nice nurse and I felt they truly cared about my health. The only thing that concerned me was every one waited in the same waiting room. I was concerned I would give the virus to someone else.

Just went for labs around 4:15 no wait. It's just hit and miss sometimes long wait next time no wait.

Very nice nurses and doctors, clean rooms, constantly asking to make sure your okay and if you need anything. I wish this hospital was closer to my home cus they are better then any hospital where I'm from!
