I saw Alexis Kiil @lovelybylexi for my first lip filler ever & I truly feel like I've leveled up in terms of my self confidence. Starting from the outside in has changed my mindset and self love . Sounds dramatic, I know…but the way she listened & delivered still blows my mind. My results have lasted months & turning my least favorite feature into my most favorite has been ??. Natural & beautiful thank you Alexis!!

I am BEYOND OBSESSED with my results and how natural it looks!!!! Loved the staff and I can't stress this enough, Cynthia Perez is just too good at what she does and super knowledgeable!! Answered all my questions thoroughly. I don't trust anybody specially with my face and I did lots of search, thank God I came across her!!

I've been going to Taryn at Upkeep in the west village. My skin was breaking out and I had old acne scars from past breakouts. Taryn helped me get my acne under control and now we are work on the old scars. She is the best.

My buddy Tom recommended I try this stuff called Brotox. I was hesitant at first, but I was pleasantly surprised as I was reassured by Alyssa the receptionists warm greeting upon checkin into Upkeep Greenwich Village. As an individual that suffers from needle phobias, I was calmed by Alexis's cool demeanor and the procedure was short and sweet. My insta followers as well as myself were overjoyed.

In the 8 months since I discovered Upkeep, I've seen significant changes in my skin. Three Microneedling sessions and one Hydrafacial with Taryn (the best!) and I see the difference in my skin tone, firmness and dewiness. Taryn's attentions are amazing, as is from all the other employees. And let's not forget, the magic hand of Cynthia, who gave me the lips I always dream of. See you soon!

I have had a membership since February and love Upkeep. The staff is helpful and kind. I've done hydra facial, Microneedling, IPL and Venus Freeze with Taryn and she is a true professional, who I highly recommend. Amazing results at great price points!

This location is so warm and beautiful when you walk in. The front desk girl is so welcoming. I went to Lexi for my Dysport and lip fillers. She listened to all my concerns and wants, and educated me regarding them. Together, we came up with a game plan. I have recommended new clients to her and will in the future as well. I am already planning my next appointment. My results look amazing and SO NATURAL. If you are planning on any medspa services, GO, GO, GO to UPKEEP, all your fears will be diminished when you walk in here and see your gorgeous results!

Fantastic! A lovely, pristine spa. The receptionist Alyssa was super nice and very helpful. I had my appointment with Michelle and she was truly fantastic! It was my first time getting Botox and she went over the treatment process and what to expect afterwards. The injections felt relatively painless and I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. I'm absolutely in love with the results! I left confident and very pleased.
The results? I'm thrilled.
I would give 10 stars if I could.

got lip filler for the first time with Cynthia and she did amazing! she answered all my questions and made sure to check in with my throughout the procedure to see how it was looking and if i had any critiques. i'm totally in love with the results and will definitely be back! the front receptionist was super sweet too. the interior is very organized, cute and cozy.
