We bought appliances from them 5 years ago and in five years all appliances have stopped working right. The warranty company they use Consumer Priority is a business that you don't want to deal with. They won't cover anything. The 5000 dollar stove we bought which was supposed to last 20 years had repair needs from the start and those were not conveniently covered by the warranty ever. Complaining to them or the warranty company does no good. Buy at Snyder diamond.

Dear Darya - Thank you for your review. We take these type of claims very seriously, even though we are not the warranty company nor do we control the coverage decisions. This said, we immediately contacted CPS (the warranty company) on your behalf to get to the bottom of your claim. Upon further investigation, CPS asserts that you tried to file a claim 2 years after their warranty expired, purchased a new warranty, and filed a claim 2 weeks before the new warranty coverage began. Despite this, we have asked CPS to resolve this matter expeditiously and take care of you. We consider ourselves customer advocates first and foremost, so we want you to be happy. As a result of our efforts, they indicated, post our outreach to them, that they contacted you and left you a voicemail and sent you an email to resolve this matter. If this is not so, please let us know.

Could not be happier with Movses at Universal. He was completely honest about when our products would arrive and they even came earlier. He is very personable and helpful. In the COVID time of unpredictability Movses was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend both Movses and Universal.

Moises is the best. Great product selection and great staff. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for the staff and management. Purchased from them for manny years. Always more than satisfied. Use them forcall your appliance, kitchen, bathroom and plumbing fixture needs. 5 Star service.

We order full appliances for a kitchen back in September 2020 , stove, fridge, beverage fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc...
We own development and construction company so we have daily experience with such order like this, we are doing about 14-16 kitchen / full house re build. This is the first time I'm dealing with such a mediocre vendors. The stove we ordered we received by end of December 2020. The stove never been worked properly since arrived to the new house. its already end of April and still we are back and forth with the "customer service" if there is any department like this...
They came to the House twice already to check the problem, the last time the came they damaged the new hardwood floor by pulling the stove without covering or lifting the stove properly. Every week we are calling and they are telling us they are waiting for parts, Movses Ambarthian the sales person completely ignore the situation, defiantly not a reliable place.

I don't recommend this company at all.

We purchased a washer 1.13.21. I called the week after to inquire when it would be shipped.

Max-the person who is in charge of the online sales questioned me over the billing address being different than the shipping address. I explained to him, this was for a business, it's going to the business location and being paid by a business credit card.

He explained the washer was on back order for 2-4 weeks and that he would keep me updated. He never reached out to me, I had to call or email him to try and find out information. We were okay with the back order time frame, we just wanted to know when we could expect it.

After getting the run around for a few weeks, he told me they would need to send it to the billing address. I once again explained that's the owners home address, we have no issues sending a credit card authorization form or paying via PayPal but it has to be shipped to the business location.

Finally after the authorization form was sent, he told me it would be shipped 2/11/21. I contacted him 2/15 requesting the tracking number and he told me the merchant won't accept the authorization form. I asked if I could pay via PayPal, and he said yes. I requested a PayPal invoice THREE times and he finally replied to be 2/16 telling me the washer was no longer in stock. This is completely unprofessional. He never once apologized. The washer was a great price when we purchased it so I take it that's the reason they don't want to ship to us.
We contact our bank and they said they never received any type of call from this company to verify information.
I completely understand needing to verify information which we did multiple times and even on their website it states they can call the merchant to verify the shipping address as well.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who's looking to purchase for a business. A lot of businesses have a different billing address and this all can be easily verified. Don't have a sale if you don't want people to purchase the sale prices!

The short review is that both the sales staff (Shahan) and installation crews/techs (4 so far!) we have dealt with are incompetent, lack knowledge of the products they sell, or service, and are indifferent to customers. This has been the singular worst experience we've had with any high-end retailer. 3.5 months, $15,000, countless calls, texts, emails and scheduled installs later - we still do not have a completed kitchen of appliances.

We have recently moved from out of state, purchased a house in which we completely gutted and remodeled the kitchen. We knew exactly which appliances we wanted (GE Monogram), based on friends and family members' experiences and feedback on the internet. We searched for the nearest authorized dealer and GE Monogram website came up with Universa as the nearest dealer. We ordered the appliances, which was a bit tedious, but not awful. Everything that's happened since has been a massive headache. Damaged products, missing parts, improper installation, 4 installation attempts and it's still not complete. We ordered the appliances on May 12th, paid over $15,000 and still do not have correctly installed appliances.
