Great customer service, All the providers are very knowledgeable and up to date on all current treatment options. They designed a treatment plan totally based on my symptoms. My treatment plan was explained to me up front along with any out of pocket cost. (which were all very low compared to other providers I researched first )

Everything was done exactly as described . I was put on a pain control regimen that included no pain medication and non surgical treatment options that made managing my pain possible so that pain resolved to where I was able to return to work. And I loved how they also concentrated on strengthening and conditioning.

I can not say enough about the great customer service from check in to check out. They also make sure that patient appreciation is top priority at this clinic. They are always offering new services and will do everything they can to accommodate their patients.
Any concerns or questions were addressed right away and communication was great.
Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!

(They were once pain stop Avondale), lost trust when they told me things were covered that were not covered by my insurance. Never answer the phone or return messages when all I'm doing is requesting my records so I can go elsewhere. Do not recommend. Staff isn't all that friendly either.

It's a shame you feel that way as we always go over with our patients what their deductible and cost share is...we also always get procedures authed by insurance companies that tell us " yes this will be covered and we get the reference number for that call". And still yet insurance companies deny claims and then we fight for our patients benefits, sometimes for years. We check our voicemail on our open days first thing in the morning and right after lunch and at night. This is our first 1 star review in a very long time and if we can help make it right we'd be very happy too! We can never dictate, however, what an insurance company will and won't do. And to say we're not friendly just isn't true. Our other reviews state otherwise

Im still on the fence about this place. My daughter goes to the clinic in Mesa and says this one is totally different, so my review is for the clinic in Avondale specifically. Appt 1 will be xrays and filling out a tremendous amount of paperwork. Appt 2 will be to talk about the xrays and what treatment plan will be. Appt 3, you will finally get adjusted. I keep going there because the adjustments are wonderful. Cons: No matter what time your appt is, you WILL wait at least 30 mins to be seen. Ive waited over an hour before. You wont see the medical side until your 4th appt and if you need the injections, they only do them Tues and Thurs so if you are in pain on a Fri, you are out of luck. Also, I do not like being pushed to do my stretches before my adjustment. I do my stretches at home in the morning and then also do yoga, so I dont feel I need someone watching me do redundant stretching.

This place is a rip off. They talk you into things, don't tell you how much they cost and then bill your insurance company thousands of dollars without telling you a word. That said they did good with on my neck. It's just not $25,000 worth of work. I'm steamed at the shoddy business practices. They charged my insurance company$25,00 for a machine I used for just a brief time, one that simply supplied hot and cold water. I could have used hot and cold packs for the rest of my life for 25gs.

I'm glad we were able to do a good job with your neck at least. I've never heard of any clinics tell their patients what they are going to bill the insurance company and I have been practicing for 17 years. I'm sorry you didn't like what was billed, however, what you received is called a TEC unit and Pain Stop Avondale doesn't bill those or receive any compensation from those whatsoever. It is a hot/cold compression device that works incredibly well so we have a 3rd party company offer them to our patients. most patients have these devices for 3-4 weeks and yes the billed amount to the insurance company can be high depending on how long you keep it. If you could bring the bill that the TEC company sent you to our office I would be happy to go over it with them for you. Also, what any clinic, hospital, surgery center, or 3rd party vendor bills the insurance company does not mean they get paid that amount. Insurance companies have what are called allowables which means this is what they are allowed to pay for certain services/codes. There is absolutely nothing shoddy with how we operate and I take offense to you saying that. We've been operating in the West Valley for 10 years and have always given the highest quality of care to all of our patients. Our Google reviews and Facebook reviews prove you otherwise. We've called you three times to see if there is anything we can do about your review but you obviously don't want to talk about it because we would do not like when our patients have a bad experience, although they are few and far between. If there is anything we can do please let us know.

I love the way you are treated from the time you walk in the door until you leave. The entire staff is welcoming and they are very friendly. Everyone really wants to make sure you have a pleasant experience. My doctors are caring and really listen to me. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs help with pain issues.
