Here at United Valuations, our appraisers service Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, and surrounding Puget Sound market areas are FHA approved certified appraisers. We provide our clients with objective, impartial, and unbiased opinions about the value of real property. We provide service to those who own, manage, sell, or invest in real estate. We will provide the knowledge, experience, impartiality and trust to help our clients with their real estate needs. We pride ourselves on producing comprehensive reports that will not require the reader to take leaps of faith due to the lack of information or explaination. We will let you know if we cannot see residential properties within a 4-7 business days and the turn around on most reports is within 3 business days after inspection. The more complex the property the longer the final product will take. United Valuations will attempt to schedule the appointment on the same day the order is placed.
