Jason Zuhlke came out and evaluated my brick steps. They were sinking and pulling brick from porch. Jason gave his recommendations for the repair. He was very informative and answered all my questions. Bryce and Justin came out and did the work. They installed the push piers, lifted the steps, and rotated them back into position. When completed the steps were back in place. They did the tuck point for motor joints and cleaned up the job site nicely. They were courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and USS if you have foundation issues.

I just had my driveway leveled by Evan Dennison with USS. I could not be any happier with the work that he did. Our driveway was sunk down about 6 inches and had a large void under it. Once it was lifted back to where it originally was, I was surprised to see there were no additional cracks in the concrete. The holes that were drilled for the process were filled in and you can't even see where they were. I Highly recommend using USS! They are professional and friendly and those are hard things to come by now days.

I wish I had used this business. Chad was very professional and exceptionally patient and thorough. He allowed me to give my brother his number so he could chat with him regarding my basement issues to ensure we understood. He has followed up several times to see if I have any further questions. I am currently in a warranty situation with another company. If I have a need in the future I will be calling Chad and USS.

Needed possible work done on the foundation to repair a sizable crack. We received very honest information from USS about what that work would look like and very much appreciated the time they took to explain everything to us. Very honest company that really care about the quality of the work they do.

A truly professional company. Bryce, David and Jerry were a pleasure to have working on our home in Gallatin. We had them out to raise one side of our home due to failing soil under our foundation. They installed 10 piers and lifted it up back into position with ease. They even re-did the concrete rock work that had to be removed in order to do the job. Everything went back to normal within days! I would highly recommend United Structural Systems to anyone who needs structural work done on their home.
