Union Services

Earl and Marc completely replaced our HVAC system (inside and outside units) in our house. Marc did a phenomenal job with designing what and where each part was to go and how to best remove the old system. He was great coordinating the entire process and helped a lot with the removal and install. He was also great at explaining all the benefits of our new system including when and how much $ savings to expect and how the multi-zone system would work to heat/cool the zones separately. Earl did the remainder of the installation and it went perfectly. He was great at showing us exactly how to use the new thermostat as well as the app to control the system overall as well as the separate zones.

Overall the process went so well. Marc and Earl worked so well together and they were both so focused on having us understand the system and how to use it. The entire process could not have gone any better! We're so thankful for what Marc and Earl did!! Great job guys.

They have always provided excellent service to my existing equipment.
When it came time to replace it I went with them. Jessie and his partner, I forgot his name were exceptional! As was Matt, (sales).

I can't recommend them enough, including Michelle in the office and Earl that also has provided me with great service!

Everything about Union Services is excellent. Earl services our Trane unit twice a year and does a great job and is very knowledgable!

Earl is amazing! He is so professional and dependable! He thoroughly and patiently explained everything he did in a way that we understood. Thank you, Union Services. You have a great employee in Earl!

Mark with Union Power did an excellent job!!! We had a new gas fireplace installed and had some issues with it. We called the company and Mark came immediately. He found the problem, fixed it, and walked us through every step of the way. I highly recommend Union Power and Mark for all heating and air...
