I had an appt Sun it was cancelled due to vehicle issues on their part.. Rescheduled for Monday canceled their tech was sick…. They showed up on Tuesday out of the blue I wasn’t there so they canceled my claim ???? so we’re gonna try again Monday

This place has repaired 2 phones of mine. The 1st was done with an insurance claim and i was very satisfied with how fast they repaired it and how my phone looked brand new again. I was so satisfied with their work that I decided to take an old phone so i can give to my son. That experience was terrible!!! I was given a certain price when i dropped it off and a 3 day waiting period. 2 weeks passed so i went to check why they haven't called me to pick it up and i was told that they had to order a new screen with a battery and that it was going to be another 3 days. A week passes so i go in and they told me it still wasn't ready. Another week passes so i go in again and they said it was ready but when i was about to pay they were charging me for the battery that i was told i didn't have to pay for. So i ended up paying the extra money and when i get home the screen was falling off so i took it back the next day and they told me they would order a new one and i had to wait another 3 days which it took another 10 days. I pick up the phone and about a week later the screen cracked. I take off the phone case to inspect it and the screen is coming off again which im sure thats what caused the screen to crack. So now im with a phone that is pretty much useless and $100 dollars gone

They came, they repaired (replaced), they left. About a 20 minute ordeal overall. Fast and easy.????????

Easy and professional staff

I went in 2 weeks before christmas w/ my sons tablet, charging port not working. They gave me my estimate and it would take 2weeks to complete the job. I called on Monday 12/19/22 they told me the part had came in but the guy that souders the parts was not in but they told me by Wednesday it would be ready. I called Wednesday told me they had lost my sons tablet but they were willing to purchase the same tablet New and I would only pay what they had quote for the repair. They gave me an estimate date of arrival 12/30 to1/4/23 for the new tablet. I have called once a week since. I called spoke with the supervisor and he stated it was taking more than usual but if it did not arrive by the 1/10 they would order from another facility. I offer to buy the tablet and take them the bill but per the supervisor it had to be on their business credit card. I am so disappointed with this place and I was a first time customer. I would not recommend to anyone. My issue has still not been resolved.
