Customer service was not good. The girl that help us had no clue what she was doing.

Walked in with a functioning cracked screen. My repair was through ATT warranty Asurion, paying only 25 dollars thank God. 3 hours later I called to check the status to find out it was ready. Got handed my Google 6 pro, and asked to check fingerprint scanner. It worked and screen looked and felt like OEM. I was told if any issues to contact Asurion. The next morning, my screen started turning green, but shorty went back to normal. By the end of the day, mid to bottom screen was solid black. I reached out to Asurion and was sent a new phone free of charge. Pretty sure it all boiled down to the fingerprint scanner. Try navigating a black screen, it's a blast. I had to cast it to my TV to see buttons in order to pair my new phone. Back in business finally but not because of uBreakitmore!

Super friendly, fast service. I was scheduled for a repair through Verizon for a warranty repair. I took my phone in days before the appointment that Verizon had set. They had no problem taking my phone in early. They were not able to repair my phone, but quickly notified Verizon it was unrepairable and a new phone was sent.

On another occasion through verizon, uBreak came out to my house and repaired my phone screen. I could not tell the screen was changed because the work was so good. Once again fast friendly service.

I smashed my phone is the car door by accident,both the back and front glass broke. I went to uBreakiFix, they got it fixed within 3 hours whith a couple phones before mine. It was super quick, the service was great everyone there was so nice. The overall price was 452$ for a replacement for front and back glass. I would definitely go back there again.

They were able to confirm my device's issue for warranty replacement. I recommend.

I definitely could have put a lower rating but I didn't. I took in my Google Pixel 6 for screen repair which they did promptly. However, before returning the phone to me they said they couldn't resolve Bluetooth and fingerprint sensor issues that arose. I was told they would call me in two days when the staff member who they believed could fix these issues would return. A week later and I haven't received a call and I haven't been able to reach them on the phone. I will have to make a trip to their location.

Wait time was alot but understandable when going through insurance to fix a cracked screen. Took 5hrs. But customer service was amazing super friendly and definitely made me feel comfortable about leaving the phone with them.
