Horrible communication. They rescheduled my appointment 2 times as they were a no show. On the second scheduled appointment, they didn't even call me till two hours after the appointment time. Asurion ended up just replacing my phone.

Bad customer service, Every time I call this place they never answer it’s been 2 times over last 2 months and they don’t answer and No !!! They aren’t busy helping others or on the phone assisting customers I’ve walked in while the being on hold to see why they don’t answer and caught everyone just slacking around , called one of those lil phone repair shops and got a much better deal I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here it’s a big waste of time
