I've gotta say, I'm extraordinarily impressed with my experience at uBreakiFix. Been there twice now, once for a ps3 a few weeks ago and again just recently with a 13inch MacBook pro from 2012. The professionalism and willingness to do my repair right, was super evident from the git go. If I had to depend on the geeks at the big box store again, I'd just toss my electronics in the garbage rather than deal with those rip off artists. I highly recommend ubreakifix over every other electronic repair option in the city. I used everyone at some point around here and this is the only place that exceeded my expectations. A+ from the newest raving fan.
