A little more than other services.... but, so worth it as they used manufacture parts and did excellent work. It's sticky a choice of quality over quantity with this service. Personally, I look for quality, thus their service is perfect. They had my devise repaired in a service day which was an extensive repair due to the phone being run over by a car. The devise really is as good as new for about a third of a replacement cost.Report

Amazing how a 2 star review gets a response but when my equipment is there, I get no calls, no return calls, no expediting, and nothing was repaired. Finally picked it up, after they scrambled to find it, since I was afraid to leave it longer.....2 months was long enough.Report

I brought my Samsung S20fe in with a severely broken screen. The phone was repaired in just a few hours to brand new condition. The service was great! They treat you with respect and speak your language, not tech nerd language. Priceing was about what i expected. Overall great experience!Report
