I was surprised at how helpful the staff was. They had complimentary Uber when I was there, and my service advisor called me promptly with updates. The cashier/parts people were friendly and very helpful, in spite of being very busy. Overall, net positive experience.

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Poor salesman experience. Would not honor pricing online. Alvaro even admitted that he was unable to honor the online pricing (TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE) that was shown on his own dealership's website. I walked him over the phone STEP BY STEP on their own website and he even saw the same price that I was quoted (AGAIN THE TOTAL PURCHASE PIRCE NOT MSRP). Their website is FALSE advertisement and I will be making a report to the Attorney General on this misleading practice. Mike was also very rude and hung up on the phone and refuse to even look at his own dealership's website. I want to make this really clear - their DEALERSHIP WEBSITE not Truecar or any other 3rd party. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
