Turf Concepts Landscape Management

We are so happy with our landscape renovation by Turf Concepts! They took great care and worked so hard every step of the way with this project. Jeremy's design came to life, and I appreciate his recommendations with the plant choices and retaining wall and walkway. We would highly recommend this company!

I am really pleased with my experience with Turf Concepts. I had 4 companies come out and I explained what I wanted to do with re-designing my landscape in both front and backyard. Jeremy from Turf Concepts was the only one to understand my vision. I bought my house a year ago and it had been empty for some time. The yard had been neglected, however there are lovely mature plants on the property that I wanted to keep. The areas that needed new, Jeremy provided suggestions that worked with the existing landscape along with the best options for lighting and sod. I started my bidding process in the spring and Jeremy was again, the only one that could tell me what each plant was and if it was healthy even when the plants had yet to bloom. The other companies simply didn't know or insisted the plants were dead which I knew wasn't true because they had bloomed the year before. The expertise was the deciding factor in my choosing Turf Concepts. When I asked for a specific type of flagstone, it was shipped in from out of state to meet my request. I was pleasantly surprised by the small extras they did on their own. When I asked for a few items to be added, they worked it in. The landscape team were professional and respectful of my property and neighbors. They also seemed to enjoy what they were doing so this speaks to how they are being treated as employees. Highly recommend.

Lori, Thank you for the kind words and putting your trust in us. We are so happy with how the landscaping turned out. Your home looks great, especially at night with the new lighting!

Turf Concepts removed a concrete sidewalk and brick paver parking area that had reached the end of usefulness. A brand new beautifully spectacular wider sidewalk that prevents arms and legs from being scratched from the established shrubbery has been installed. Gracefully curved brick pavers lead the way to the parking area thanks to Juan's expertise. Three over grown scrubs were removed from the front of the porch and replaced with Summer Crush Hydrangea that blooms spring to fall. Adam, project manager helped me pick them from a large variety of choices. A extraordinary retaining wall that gradually lowers was added to prevent the dirt from falling on to the sidewalk. Downspouts from the
side of the house were all buried underground into two wells that hold water. Very important for a canal home.
The installation effort to build aesthetic durability for years to come was evident everyday during the entire process. All our neighbors know to hire Turf Concepts for their landscaping project!

Eric, It was a pleasure working with you to solve your water and tripping hazards. The project turned out amazing, thank you for putting your trust in us to do the right thing.

We had a patio installed and are very happy with the results. Jeremy came up with a great, unique design and the installation crew was very courteous and thorough. We would love to work with this company again.

Paul, Thanks for reaching out. Did we complete a project for you? Your name doesn't sound familiar. Take care.

Ryan Robinson & Jermey Giles did not take the time to explain to us the process of the job before starting. They did send email stating they were removing the grass & would be back sometime next week to finish it. We had some questions about the process & had to email him since they left their guys on the job & did not answer their phones when we had questions about the work being done.
They did not confirm when they were coming back to finish the job. I emailed them 5 days later asking them when they were coming to finish the sod. They replied that they would be back next morning. The day before is not sufficient notice to plan on being home. I requested that Friday , Saturday or the following week would be best for us. They responded by saying, we had to do it that day or, we have to wait a month because they had a full schedule. Seeing as they already removed the grass, we didn't want to wait a month with a dirt yard (our job had already been postponed a month).
After Ryan reviewed the quality of our dirt we decided not to have screened topsoil brought in. We were told we would be reimbursed for the 5 yards of dirt we were quoted in the contract. 5 yards of screened topsoil, delivery & install labor that was not completed, but they decided to only reimburse us $45 total!
Neither of them showed up at the end of job to answer any questions we had, or to verify the job was done to our satisfaction. When their employees were getting close to finishing we tried calling them to ask them a couple questions but they did not answer their phones. We tried to calling them the following day during normal business hours, they would not return the call.
The quality of work was good, the works were very respectful & yes the sod looks good. But we were very displeased with their communication during the job. It was impossible to get a hold of them during the job. Had they been on the job site we could have asked them questions as they arose. Since they never returned our calls, we always had to email them & wait till later to get a response.
I am sorry, but Turf concepts let this job fall through the cracks ? Very disappointed customers

Jon and Kim Erwin, We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your sod installation. We went above and beyond to make the front lawn look great, and it does. We communicated 12 different times through email/phone explaining our process and completed the work to the scope of the signed contract. In addition we were able to save you some money on materials and our great crew even loaded/hauled away additional dirt that was not included, for free. The project was behind schedule only due to another contractor's delay. We offered multiple dates for your installation, however you only wanted us to work on a Saturday. As a company we value our employees and try to reserve the weekends for them to spend time with their families. The new sod looks great and we wish you were as happy as we are with the end result, but that is something that we cannot control.

Reached out to Turf Concepts because I had no idea what I wanted to do with the landscaping in the front of my house. Jeremy got back to me very quickly. I told him what I had in mind and the digital design he gave me looked amazing. They planted everything today. The detail is great. The guys worked very hard. They were very nice and professional!! I knew it was going to look good but it looks AMAZING. Great job I would use them over and over. Highly recommend. Very easy to work with and very responsive to all my questions.

Turf Concepts is well worth your time to talk with them for any Landscaping projects and/or lawn maintenance you may have. They just finished the second project they've done for me and I couldn't be more happy, as is my wife. They are professional, will discuss options with you for different plants, trees etc. The installation crews work hard and are very courteous. They stand behind their work, I highly recommend them.

Extremely happy with the finished product. It exceeded all expectations. Design was on spot. Workers were very respectful, and did a top notch job. These guys know what they're doing and I HIGHLY recommend them for landscaping.
