Bought my 2019 Dodge new from Tunkhannock Auto Mart.
This is the1st time in my life I made the decision to have my dealership maintain my vehicle.
The communication between my dealer and I has been continuous, personal and timely.
Most of all: I think Tunkhannock Auto Mart's service department is the very best when it comes to all aspects of maintenance on my truck.
Since 1963 I have taken care of my own vehicles
I have always been proficient with tools; but with the introduction of electronics, I realized that a 9/16 wrench was no longer enough to address todays Sophisticated engine add ons.
Besides I am no longer physically able to do the work
The service dept at Tunkhannock Auto Mart should get an award for proficiency, courtesy, and fulfilling tasks in a timely manner. They are top drawer.
Just remember: I am a critical pain where a pill I can't reach.

I had my first experience with the service department here for one of our company trucks, and will be happy to do business here again. They were prompt to getting the truck in, diagnosed properly and repaired in a timely fashion. I appreciate the hard work and customer service from Cole and Jason.

Eddie in sales is responsive and honest and follows through, even when it doesn't get him a sale (where most other places would ignore or not call at all). Appreciate old school service and honesty that's hard to find these days.

Dishonest, irresponsible, and worst service I've experienced. Go elsewhere. Don't waste your money here.
